'Sandend Harbour from the Brae', watercolour, 54 x 35 cm.
This view of the lovely old fishing village of Sandend (pronounced Sanine if you're a local) is from the footpath that runs up the hill or brae. From here you get a great view of the bay and the distant headland leading to Redhythe Point. The harbour doesn't get the use it used to, but is beautifully rocky and characterful with all the fisherman's cottages huddled around, end-on to the sea.
The original painting is now sold.
