'The Falls of Tarnash, Keith', watercolour, 27 x 39 cm.
Just outside of Keith, in the area of Moray which used to be Banffshire, is this delightful little waterfall situated in an area of woodland walks. Its character changes, of course, through the seasons when it changes from a trickle to a deluge, but it is always beautiful! Here, the falls are shown at dawn, with the yellow light of the early morning glistening on the damp trees.
The original painting is sold.
