'The Cabs are Here!'
Two Chinook helicopters arrive in the desert to pick up British soldiers, kicking up plenty of dust! This original was painted as a charity donation through the Non-Commissioned Aircrew Course at the RAF College, Cranwell in support of Sergeant Anna Irwin, a Chinook crewmember, who sadly had incurable cancer. She dedicated herself to raising funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust and for cancer research at the Royal Marsden Hospital, before sadly succumbing to the disease. The original painting was auctioned for the charities and raised around £600.
