A Few Changes...

Time for a quick update. I've made some changes to my site to improve its navigation and appearance. Most important is the inclusion of a new tab, called 'Featured Work', which I've added to showcase my most recent paintings. I'm really pleased with the latest, which is of Lossiemouth Harbour on a really still, sunny day. I've got more sketches of this harbour, and a few others, which I'm looking forward to working up into finished paintings. I just love doing water. In this one, it took me 5 hours of work to get to painting in the reflection of the harbour walls - the last bit. I always have to have a word with myself at points like that, because you know that if you mess it up a whole day's work will be spoiled! This one came out pretty well. See what you think.
I've not been painting as much as I like, just lately, because of all the other work around starting the business up. Hopefully now I've got most of that behind me now and more images will start to appear soon.
